When we were looking to renew the uniform for our Branch Network staff at the end of 2018, we wanted a company that would work with us to ensure our staff looked smart and professional, whilst also looking to make the uniform distinctive and instantly recognisable.
From the outset of our uniform contract tender through to the present day, Steve Gear at Corprotex Apparel has been unfailingly helpful and professional, and we are delighted with both the new uniform supplied by Corprotex and the consistently excellent customer service we receive.
Steve firstly helped us identify the right range of uniform that met our requirements for appearance, quality, value and ease of maintenance for the staff who would be wearing the uniform. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve, whose knowledge of the vast range of options is second to none.
Once we had established the main uniform choices, we then looked to Steve to help us with the design of unique scarves and ties which would give the distinctive and new look which we were seeking.
Again, Steve could not have been more helpful or supportive, working in conjunction with our Marketing Department to get a range of options which, ultimately, we were able to present to our staff to vote on.
Another aspect of the great service from Steve and Corprotex was the opportunity for staff to try on the different selected uniform styles and sizes over the course of a week, when Steve brought all the options to our Head Office in Leek. As our staff were able to order their new uniforms at this time this significantly reduced the number of returned uniforms because of fitting issues after the new uniforms were delivered.
We are delighted to have chosen Corprotex as our uniform supplier, whose commitment and service are as strong today as they were in our initial discussions when we were seeking a uniform supplier.
