Influenced by the latest fashion trends they spoke to suppliers about their new approach to this sector, the influence of high street designs, advanced fabrics, the use of social media to connect with end users as well as the trade and most importantly just where some key companies in this sector see the industry moving forward.
Corporatewear Colour & Style…
With particular reference to colour and style, they spoke to our very own Managing Director and industry expert, Paul Smith, who said “Phrases such as business wear or corporate clothing refer to the dress code a company believes is appropriate for their workplace. This will range from formal to casual and is commonly determined by the employer’s core business, and how likely it is that the employee will be interacting with the public and other business agencies.”
The article goes on to say: Often influenced by the latest fashion trends, politics, music, life choices and many other factors, design is constantly changing to comply with the most popular colours and styles. At the moment, there is a trend towards casual clothing in the corporatewear and workwear sectors with smart casual styles hitting the high street. The line between corporatewear and high street designs is beginning to blur and inspiration is bouncing between the two.
